At Gryxonarproth, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We stand behind the quality of our handcrafted candles and are committed to ensuring your shopping experience is exceptional. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all labels intact
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date
  • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)

Items Not Eligible for Return

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Candles that have been burned or used
  • Items that have been damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Items purchased during special promotions or clearance sales (unless otherwise stated)
  • Gift cards or promotional items

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Include the RA number on the outside of the package
  6. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • The item received was damaged or defective
  • We sent you the wrong item
  • The item does not match the description on our website

In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse your return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
  • Please allow 3-5 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the desired item. We will process your return refund promptly to minimize any delay.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@gryxonarproth.world or call +1 (213) 555-7890. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please include photos of the damage when contacting us.

International Returns

For international orders, return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns. Refunds will be processed in the same currency as the original purchase.
